This allows you to add a quick 'get in touch' style form on your Sliding Panel.
- There are 6 parts to setting up your Enquiry Form
- The Main Message (e.g. Find out how conversions skyrocket...)
- Company contact details
- Form fields (preset)
- Enquiry type selection input
- Disclaimer message
- Submit button text and email

- Populate your Main Message here. You can stylise your main message by choosing either Bold, Italic or Underlining it.

- Populate your company's main contact details. Take care to put the correct details in as the visitors will be using these to contact you.

- There are preset form fields. This is mainly just to get customer's contact details, the main reason for contacting you and does not need to be more elaborate than that.

- What you can set though, is the type of enquiry, just to help you filter the email better to the right customer support person. Just click on Add Selection to add more options.

- Next, you can put a disclaimer message and style it with a tick preceding it, or none. This is more to assure users that their contact details will be handled with confidentiality for those so concerned.

- Finally, you can configure the text of your submit button, as well as the email that the form goes to when the user clicks on it.

- All of the form entries are actually captured within ConversionCow as well and available for your review the Campaign that uses this particular Popout.
