To find out how to set the conditions for your Popout to appear, please refer to 24 - What Is A Campaign and look for the title 'Add Special Conditions'
To find out how to manage Popout priorities, please refer to 25 - Managing Your Popout Priority as that gives a comprehensive overview of the purpose of this entire section.
Statistics Overview
This provides an overview of how well your campaign as a whole is doing by showing you:
1. Total traffic
2. User impressions
3. User opens
4. User interactions
for a defined period of time. To select a period, you can toggle between weekly or monthly.
Figure 8: Toggle Weekly / Monthly
Toggling between weekly or monthly would then determine the selection of the dropdown to the right of it.
Figure 9: Weekly selection
Figure 10: Monthly selection
Once you choose your date range, it will then aggregate the statistics from all of your Popouts within your campaign.
Figure 11: Combined Statistics
It also shows you the split percentage of traffic to your Popout between desktop and mobile for this campaign.
Figure 12: Traffic split between desktop and mobile
You can also see your top performing Popouts, which is only for Popouts with the most form submissions (for now).
Figure 13: Top performing popouts based on form submissions (Substitute)
You also get a graph which will show you if your campaign is performing well overtime and will also help you to identify a trend.
Figure 14: Spot the trend for your impressions, opens & interactions over time

reCAPTCHA
This is where you get to choose your reCAPTCHA key to have your form protected from spam.
To find out how to start your own reCAPTCHA key, follow this resource below:
https://cloud.google.com/recaptcha-enterprise/docs/create-key
If you have problems doing so, you can reach out to Chromatix Digital Agency, our digital partner to help you set it up.
You would need to have set up a reCAPTCHA type v2 key (NOT v3) and at the end of a successful setup, you should get your Site Key and Secret Key.
Once you have them:
- Click on Anti-Spam on the Dashboard
Figure 23: Anti-Spam - Click on "Add ReCAPTCHA"
Figure 24: Add ReCAPTCHA button - Name your key and add in the Site Key and Secret Key
Figure 25: reCAPTCHA settings - Go back to your reCAPTCHA section under Campaigns, and select your key in the dropdown. And that's it! Your form submissions should now have a higher protection from spam.
Figure 26: Choose your reCAPTCA key saved - You can tell your install is successful when you see this on your Popout forms
